At Online Therapy, we help families navigate conflict, transitions, emotional distance, and communication challenges.
We are a group of licensed master’s-level prepared professionals committed to providing counselling and psychological assessment services that are thoughtful, ethical, and grounded in research.
Across our work, we share a commitment to respectful communication, confidentiality, clear boundaries, clinical integrity, and care that honours each person’s background and life context.
Our practice is guided by careful listening, respect for human dignity, and attention to what is helpful theoretically and practically.

Our purpose is to contribute to the health and well-being of children, youth, and adults through comprehensive counselling and assessment services. We apply our competencies and skills to help our clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, find balance, and live with meaning and purpose.
We are committed to responsive care and to adapting our skills to clients’ needs. Each person’s story, strengths, relationships, culture, challenges, and hopes matter. Our focus is on making counselling, mental health evaluations, and psychoeducational assessments useful for the daily life and long-term wellness of people we work with.
It is also important for us to support the advancement of mental health services in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and Canada as a whole. We value ongoing learning and training as well as dialogue with other counsellors, psychologists, allied professionals, and knowledge keepers to enhance the quality of care and to foster our collective mental health.
Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and evidence-informed. We draw from current research in psychology, counselling, neuroscience, social work, and education, while recognizing that each person’s life experience is unique. We strive to create a clinically sound space where concerns can be understood carefully and next steps can be considered with clarity.
Our clients’ best interests are our priority. We pay particular attention to maintaining privacy, clear communication and healthy boundaries to help our clients feel comfortable during counselling and assessment.
Our work is grounded in respect for human dignity. We aim to create a space where people can speak honestly and feel understood without shame, pressure, or judgment.

Our practice is informed by the current research in psychology, neuroscience, social work, and education. We strive to combine evidence-based practices with an appreciation of our clients’ unique life stories.
We pay attention not only to difficulties, but also to strengths, resilience, relationships, values, and resources that may support growth, understanding, and meaningful change.
A good clinical fit matters. Horizon provides outpatient counselling and assessment services in a scheduled appointment setting. Our clinic may be a good fit for people seeking confidential, collaborative, evidence-informed care and who are able to participate in appointments with openness, respect, and a willingness to reflect.
Some needs are better supported through a specialized program, crisis support, medical care, or more intensive services. If your needs are outside our scope of practice, we will aim to communicate this clearly and respectfully. When possible, we may suggest appropriate next steps, referral options, or services that are better suited to the level of support required.
