Here is some additional information about counselling and psychological assessment services we offer.

We hope this helps in the next steps of your mental health journey.

Our counsellors’ fees range from $150 to $200 per hour for individual and couples counselling. The fee includes 50 minutes of session time and 10 minutes of administrative and record-keeping time.

The exact fee depends on the counsellor’s level of education, years of experience, and training. You can view the fee for each counsellor on our booking page before scheduling an appointment.

Fees align with market rates based on our counsellors’ credentials and experience. These rates also adhere to recommendations set by the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan: https://www.psychsask.ca/resources/for-members

Assessment fees vary between $2200 and $3500, depending on the assessment questions, areas requiring assessment, and total assessment hours.

The fee for psychoeducational assessments is $2200. Differential mental health diagnostic assessments can cost between $2200 and $2800 depending on the complexity. The Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments are in the $3000-3500 range.

Some payment accommodations are available for children and teens. Please inquire about details at [email protected]

Our counsellors offer direct billing for NIHB, Victim Services, Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, and Veteran Affairs. At this time, we do not offer direct billing to other private insurance providers. We are happy to offer you a detailed receipt after each session. You can then submit it to your insurance for reimbursement.

We recommend checking with your insurance provider to clarify whether you have coverage for counselling and assessment services.

It is useful to clarify whether you are covered for counselling with registered psychologists, social workers, or Canadian certified counsellors (CCC). Some plans will only cover psychologists, while others cover additional professionals as well.

Let us know if you require an assessment cost estimate for your insurance or funding program. We will be glad to provide it.

Payment methods include cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit cards.

Payment through direct billing is also available for the Ministry of Social Services, Jordan’s Principle, and some other funding providers.
