Change can be difficult. I’m here to be attentive to your journey.

The change that is needed might be in your environment – to find and build a community of support. It may also mean a renewed perspective to view the challenge in another way, or perhaps and opportunity to learn from others and yourself.

Varied life experiences shape each of us and provide perspective on our understanding of the world and the web of relationship we develop. I think the search for meaning and purpose is a continuous journey.

I will work alongside you. Together we can create a space of safety where you can ask questions and explore your world.

My Approach

Existential-humanistic therapy is my theoretical home. I draw support from mindful and self-compassion strategies; Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) therapies. My approach is person-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I am interested in hearing the cultural shaping of one’s story and how these developed constructs can play a role in a person’s experience.
