Registered Psychologist
The good life is a process, not a state of being.
It is a direction not a destination.- Carl Rogers
My Approach
I view each assessment as a meaningful opportunity to help individuals gain deeper insight into how they think, learn, and experience the world. My work is grounded in a strength-based perspective that recognizes and builds on each person’s unique cognitive and developmental profile to support growth, understanding, and functional success.
My clinical practice centres on comprehensive psychoeducational and diagnostic assessment, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder. My evaluations are thorough, developmentally informed, and designed to provide diagnostic clarity. In addition to autism assessment, I have extensive experience evaluating cognitive functioning and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I regularly assess intellectual abilities, learning profiles, and attentional processes to provide clear diagnostic clarification and practical, individualized recommendations.
I conduct assessments for individuals at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. Following each evaluation, I provide a detailed written report with evidence-based recommendations and review the findings in a clear, supportive, and collaborative manner. When appropriate, I assist families in navigating next steps and accessing relevant supports.
Professional Background
I have been a fully practising member of the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists since 2013. I completed my graduate training at the University of Toronto and worked for over a decade with Prairie Spirit School Division, providing psychoeducational assessment and consultation to students with diverse learning and behavioural needs. Since then, I have transitioned to private practice while deepening my knowledge, skills, and competency in autism diagnostics.
I currently serve as a psychologist on the Centralized Services Team at Autism Services of Saskatoon, where I work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing autism diagnostic assessments. I also serve as a psychologist conducting autism assessments for West Central Autism Services, working within a team-based model to provide diagnostic services to children in the West Central region of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Through these roles, I contribute to provincially supported autism diagnostic pathways while maintaining an active private practice.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors of Autism Services of Saskatoon and contribute to the profession through my role on the Disciplinary Committee of the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists.
