Our counsellors are covered by extended health benefits of most major insurance plans.
It’s a good idea to check with your insurance to see what your plan includes.

Choose a time that works for you and book easily online—no referral needed. You can select either an in-person or online appointment. Some of the counsellors also offer phone sessions.

You can always switch to a different type of session in the future.

If the counsellor you’d like to work with isn’t currently accepting new clients, you are welcome to reach out and ask about their waitlist.

If the wait is too long, we will suggest alternative options either with another trusted team member or  in the community.
