Our Mission
Our purpose is to contribute to the health and well-being of children, youth and adults in our community and province. We apply our competencies and skills to help our clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, find balance and live with meaning and purpose.
It is also important for us to support the advancement of mental health services in Saskatchewan and Canada. We value on-going learning and training as well as dialogue with professionals to enhance the quality of care for the public and to improve collective mental health.
Our Approach
We believe that every person has multiple strengths and inner resources. We focus on exploring these strengths together with our clients and rely on them in counselling and assessment.
Client-Centred
Our clients’ best interests are our priority. We pay particular attention to maintaining privacy, clear communication and healthy boundaries to help our clients feel comfortable during counselling and assessment.
Care & Attention
Our practice is founded on respect for human dignity, compassion, and non-judgemental attitude.

Grounded in Research
Our practice is informed by the current research in psychology, social work, neuroscience, and education. We strive to combine evidence-based practices with appreciation of our clients’ unique life stories.
Strength-Based
We bring attention to our clients’ strengths and personal resources.
